UPCOMING TRIPS: .summer 2011.

Who is ready for summer?!? Well, the jungle awaits as Not Forgotten pulls together another team. Our New Years team had an incredibly blessed trip, filled with construction and quality time with the children of Puerto Alegria.

Below you will find basic information about this summer's trip. Summer 2011 Information Packet

Trip Dates: Thursday, July 28th- Sunday, August 7th

Trip Cost: $1700 - $2100 (We are fighting for affordable plane tickets!)

Trip Capacity: 25 People (20 spaces remaining)

Trip Purpose: Construction, Games, Crafts, Bible lessons, etc.

Join A Work Team!

If you would like to get your hands dirty and make a direct difference in the life of a street child, you should consider joining a Not Forgotten Work Team!

Where?

Puerto Alegria, Peru

When?

Not Forgotten takes work teams to Puerto Alegria, Peru three to four times a year usually in the spring, summer, and winter. To the left you will find information about upcoming trips. Find a time that best fits your schedule and join us!

Who?

Work teams consist of 15 to 25 members of all ages ranging from high school students to senior adults. Everyone is welcome! No matter what your gifts, talents, or limitations are, Not Forgotten can use you!

What?

While in Puerto Alegria, work teams work with local Peruvians to construct dormitories, meeting rooms, etc. that will improve the quality of life for the 40 children that live in the home. Furthermore, work teams also organize games, crafts, Bible lessons, outings to the zoo and the movies, and other activities for the children. All of these things are done in an effort to share the love of Christ with these children and all of the people with whom Not Forgotten work teams come in contact.
